    That’s odd, at my store we were told to tell our teams ASAP. Leaders were pulling their team members into the office explaining the changes, expectations, etc...

    Archived Closing Lead paygrade and pay, other questions

    There should still be a couple of A&A consultants. A beauty consultant and Tech consultant. Also, someone in market (dry and pfresh. of course this depends if you store has one or not) But ultimately it comes down to your stores payroll and overall needs. This is just an example from my store.

    While I’d love to find it in print, all I have is this. I’ll try and look tomorrow when I go in, but it may be my store that’s going to have closing experts from 330 to close. I will look tomorrow though.

    That might be tough to make a case for you to be a closing expert. But again it all depends on your stores needs.

    7... 8... 🤯 That’s insane. And frankly a joke imo. But the closing expert would be a set position, like closing TL. Depending on your stores volume, you may have between 1-3 closing experts. They (the closing experts) along with the closing TL would come in 330-close, Monday-Friday.

    What’s not as early as some? If you’re able to go to work by 4, maybe 430 until close. Depending on your store, of course, you could apply for the ‘closing expert’ or ‘specialist’ or whatever it’s called. I’m pretty sure it’s expert.

    While that’s fair to say and to an extent I can understand where you’re coming from because I myself have almost never dipped below 35+ hours while I was a team member. Now, as a team lead I’m never scheduled less than 38. But, and here’s what it all comes down to... every store is different...

    The meeting at my store (TL) was about 2 hours. Our STL gave the impression that team members that can do it all will be given plenty of hours. Those that cannot, won’t. We’re slightly over headcount, but told not to worry. Those that were the ‘extras’ will be kept until something opens up. Good...
