What I find frustrating is that all the fill amounts for the shelf are always wrong, even right after a plano is set, so I always have to go in manually to audit and fix the actual amounts.

Not tying to be sexist but our store is probably 60/40 women, and I have never seen a woman make a bale here, NEVER! But they sure like cutting in front of me and throwing their trash in, especially the planogr team and the GSTL and her “helpers” who are all in BTS this week. Still, they can’t...

Who forced Target to pay $15??? I saw some of the gems they hired recently, and with me being on a Final CA, I can’t imagine things will get better with these new TMs taking over.

Once again, there’s no “flex book “ at our store, never has been. There was a board at one time, but honestly there was maybe one or two open shifts per week on it when it was up.

I already have a couple good job prospects so things are looking up. As far as the paper trail, it’s funny because I said the exact thing to her during the CA. I said why am I being written up for working???

Oh sorry it was in another post, but basically I have been at target for almost 10 months, and ONLY in the last 6 weeks I have had a verbal warning, a CA, and now on a FINAL. I am under a new TL that dislikes me and will make any excuse to give me a CA, however in the previous 8 months nothing...

Hope they can someday get a web based system that shows a schedule without crashing everyday. Hell, just send a mass text, and have people reply with their employee number, and have it auto respond with your schedule in text. Seems a lot easier of a program to create than Kronos.

Kmart was trying to run stores on PT and Seasonal in the early 2000’s and now Target is doing it...

That’s my plan, but it’s interesting to have worked for both Kmart and Target and you can see the similarities and the latter making the same mistakes, just a couple decades later.

It is so similar to Kmart circa 1999 Especially; 1. MyGofer was the Kmart experiment with drive up order fulfillment. But they had the same issues as Target does (or will have) They cannot make enough profit profit for drive ups to justify having more than 1-2 employees even at busy times...

I have about that long if I had to guess. I was given a final CA today, so I have 9 more actual 4 hour shifts before two weeks from that CA. If they call me to TSC, I’ll just go give my vest and leave.

Worst places - the places with tile and/or carpet, concrete isn’t so bad

Seems like they just keep who they want. Just from what I see, I get “talked to,” yet there are 20 y/o female guest service associates who don’t do jack and can’t lift a tube of toothpaste yet they are irreplaceable. It’s pretty silly.
