How about when your team lead does not communicate anything to us, and then gets mad and has an attitude with us when we don’t do it? Is this part of “her job” or “not her job”
When we are short staffed, or we have a huge truck I feel that she should be helping to get it done. At our store Consumables is expected to clear their trucks everyday. 99% of the time we do, but there are times when we could’ve used that extra hand to finish and she doesn’t step up and help...
TTOTM.... if your are working freezer truck, you backstock in freezer. OMG he said “ so I backstock in freezer? Without thinking I said “. your working freezer truck, do you think you should put it in freezer when your done. SMH
I’m gonna pat myself and my teammate on the back. We completed freezer one for ones. Freezer was 791 for 2065. Thankfully we had a small truck today and both of us had 8 hour shift. He pulled and I pushed.
We have been catching it up, over time. I was just saying that we finally finished some. And yes, I was there with 500-600, over some time, finally finished some...... knock my progress down, I always get back up.... ;)
:) I just wanted to say that me and my consumables LOD done and completed the 1 for 1 for Gro 1, Gro 2, Gro 3, Candy and Snacks today. Each of them was well over 50 or more eaches. Feeling very accomplished :)
Our pog team set ours but I was told they didn’t have to update the on floor count because that’s not their job. They were also pushing the new product with me and I did every box I pushed. I was told that consumable team is responsible for updating the floor count. Well I do that everyday but...
On our non truck days Sunday and Wednesday we try and do the lows for consumables along with the pulls. On truck days we do the regular pulls and do any lows that are manageable.
