That’s what happening at my store-people with a 7 hour shift (working only 6 1/2 hours due to meal), are having their 2nd :15 whited out.

We’ve gone back & forth about this at our store. If someone has a 7 hour shift, our TL gives them a :15 and a :30, but not a 2nd :15. However, if the employee looks up the schedule on UKG, it shows them a 2nd :15 break. Please share your thoughts as to what is right…

Just curious-would you rather have someone that picks slower but has the lowest INF or a faster picker with a higher INF?

Very interesting. I wonder how they will handle the replacement with the guest. With Giant grocery delivery, it will show you a replacement item-you can select or choose not to select as a replacement. If the replacement item is used and it costs more vs original item, you pay original item...

We’ve noticed that the OPU sounds are now missing with the new Epick update. We’ve made sure we are logged in as Fulfillment. Anyone know any troubleshooting for this or if this a universal problem?
