I’m new to the job and my schedule tomorrow says “service advocate” and i’m seriously not sure what exactly that is. Someone said i’ll be working guest service desk but i want someone to confirm 100% what that means so I’m not scrambling tomorrow to figure out what to do! Any help is appreciated
