    It’s a automated process where cranes put away and retrieve freight that comes from inbound which is 23 cranes that puts away freight in racks up to 3 stories high

    At our DC with the minload area being retired they have most of EnF scared with the announcement of laying off EnF mechs to cut the head count, wonder if it’s the same with other DCs that have miniloads as well ?

    Actually if you don’t pay it back you will be charged early withdrawals taxes, the money in your 401k is your money….they loaned you “your” money but no taxes on it….if you can’t pay it…it will be considered income and will apply to your annual income
