    Interviews for Dedicated Team Trainer

Have any DC's started the interview process for Dedicated Team Trainer yet? Has anyone been given a timeline when this role will become effective at their DC? My DC says we are behind schedule and the new Role won't officially kick off until late April / early May.

Leads were never supposed to be in Prod functions anyway, that's not new always been that way. They are the floor eyes and support for the OM. When I go into the Dedicated Trainer Progression Scale, will I have to wait a FRESH 6 months until my next step raise or do I continue only having 2 months to my...

It's Level 71 step progression in SOME DCs. It's level 0 merit in others. The Dedicated trainer being Merit vs. Step progression depends on your DC, it's no set way.
