It's been like that at my store too. I got cut to one day a week! I'm considering quitting because I do have another job that's full time. I think the higher ups have way too high expectations of their team members and our guests' spending habits.

I do too! Especially since I would never do a ncns, I would always call. I wonder if it's a tactic they use to try to get rid of people. I would like to think differently, I get along with everyone. I have great guest service skills, etc so I don't know.
