    Archived instocks talk

I'm jealous of you guys with your instocks teams. It's just me at my store. Between school and leaving early those days, and only working 5 days a week, being on truck for 3 of those days, I probably only get to scan a total of 12 hours a week. I may get 50% of the list done. Usually 25% on...

    Archived pfresh push process

We have the pfresh girl and two people push for 4-5 hours, then usually one leaves and one back stocks for another 2-3 hours. We generally have 1 pallet of dairy, 2 frozen. Meat and bakery stuff is left for pfresh people to do later.

promoted me to guest for getting too many redcards

While I don't really believe this guys story, is it really fair to say that giving 5% off to someone who applied for the credit card is stealing from the company? That's absurd. First off, the company, via having the redcard itself, is basically saying 5% doesn't matter to us and our bottom...

Archived FLow Team Leaving Their Mess Behind

The thing with flow is, we're generally the only team in the store that consistently works past their scheduled times(well at my store anyway, and it sounds like all the other stores as well). And some weeks we just get tired of it. It's an expectation that we will stay. We don't get asked to...

    Archived Electronics Flow Team Process?

Damn some of you guys have it bad. 4th quarter it's me and 2 other guys pushing electronics. We only do the truck stuff, we don't touch pulls. BR pulls and elec. tm pushes them. We've been getting about 12-15 white repacks, which we sort in the backroom in to 3 sections of carts, usually aisles...

Archived How does an ETL get written up?

I don't know if he got written up, but one of my old ETLs chased a guy who was trying to steal for several blocks and tackled him. This was in his first week. As far as I know he still works for the company 3 years later.
