In my head the points are the unaccountable time conversations. Before, the unaccountable time convos would fall off after 3 months of the call out. I don’t call out a lot, but there are others who do. Just wondering if anyone else was like that, and if their policies change

Before, at my DC/FC you could backfill VLE. However one of our OM’s said you can no longer backfill VLE with PTO. I’m not sure if any other DC is getting this policy. They’re also making unaccountable points last the whole year, instead of falling off after 3 months. Does anyone else know about...
