    That would be interesting if there wasn't a clause in place prohibiting F.A from closing early/closing for breaks. But maybe they took a few dollars off the contract price and that took care of that! lol.

    Isn't it the same thing if the store has a Pizza Hut contract, they can be issued a notice of non-compliance as well ?

    At our store, Food Ave and Starbucks have to skip their 15 min break every night since we don't have enough cross trained cashiers to cover. When this was brought up to the execs, it was told that they will talk to other stores to see how they do it, and of course there was no resolution.

    My store is so laughable I always say that I probably would turn down an ETL position since every ETL in the store except 1 complains about the job and looks miserable everyday. I say I would turn it down, but I'm not 100% that is accurate if it just falls into my hand.

    Does any stores use Food Ave and Starbucks team members to help when it gets busy (Sending guests over to them or pull one team member if there is 2 there at any given time)? Is this best practice as my store seems to have started to do this lately

    That makes sense, I wonder if NJ stores are required to pay it- I'll have to check into that further because I was once told personal is the only benefit that they won't pay you for. I'm certainly more aware now though!

    If you are scheduled 40 hours in a week, can you add sick time to that or is it capped at 40? Thanks so much!

    that's really horrible, I mean at any given time I have like 50 hours of sick time and I never can really use it since my store doesn't approve it often. Whats the best way to take advantage of the sick time?

    Oh wow, so if you are termed and you have say 100 hours left in sick time, that's lost and there's nothing you can do?

    If you quit or are termed, Target doesn't pay you sick AND vacation time? I thought the only thing you would loose is personal time?

    Hi All, I just wanted to ask if anyone knew if most TPS positions are full time positions? I know they are supposed to be promised full time but some people were saying that they cut hours so much that it drops their full time status. Thanks for any info!
