So I had a shift and I forgot but by the time I remembered it was ten minutes past the time I had to go in but I did call. I'm really nervous I've only been there a month in a half. They said to call them in an hour. Is it still considered a no call no show?

So I've been at target 2 weeks now and have only gotten 4 redcards and my target is in a good sized city and some of my other new cashier team members get like 2 redcards a day or at least one a day and I keep getting coached on what to say. I really like the job any advice
