In order to receive the bonus you have to have worked at least 1hr. anywhere within the timeframe of 11/1/2020-1/23/2021. You also still must be currently employed by target. So seasonals that have been let go won't get the bonus.

I didn't say it was the only reason. It's just a big contributing factor. Sometimes shit doesn't sell. Oversaturated markets can have this effect. Like having 1 Target for every 1000 people in a 500 mile radius.

You're for getting about Fulfillment. I'm not saying it's THE reason, but one of the reasons stores receive so much freight is to feed the fulfillment teams. When Target decided to use their stores as leverage and double them as fulfilment centers is changed the ballgame. Having only DC's...

I'm not complaining about this. LOL, the back-treading of Modernization has already begun, yet at the same time there are rumors of getting rid of Fulfillment? If this doesn't SCREAM typical Spot I don't know what does.

I get your point, but I'd argue that having them do fulfillment as a way to hold them accountable for doing their job in the first place is all sorts of jacked up. TL/ETL should be holding them accountable. Daily if necessary and if they aren't keeping up with freight, scanning outs, etc...

The hours excuse is dumb. My store constantly pulls the whole store to help SFS because we cut hours each week from the Fulfillment work center, underposting our schedule. Having GM do SFS isn't the solution. This will be a disaster, if true. They should do the opposite. Double down on...

I've noticed the same thing with MPM the last few days. Uncertain if it's just luck, or a reconfiguration as you've suggested.
