Archived Help! i need to come up with an AAR contest.. any ideas?

I don't see how people struggle with AAR.. my store has its own goal of 80%.. I expect nothing less. My store is in a low income area as well. (We're nick named Targhetto.....) training is the best way to drive them and coachings for under preforming team members. As far as incentives...

Archived TL to ETL without a degree. and...

hmm??? That's on the low end.. my ETL's 5 years ago started out (even fresh from college) at higher than that... in a low cost of living area.... 1600 * 26 (paychecks per year) = 41600.... The lowest I've heard an ETL start out was 43,000 and again that was 2009...

Archived "Wall Street Analysts Predict The Slow Demise Of Walmart And Target"

Target has actually been responding quite well. They're piloting the order online and its shipped by store (same day) idea in some stores (bigger cities). They're getting into tech with the mobile coupons (cartwheel) flexible fulfillment once the word is out there better will create...

    Archived Comp Shop workload?

I've had issues with this as well.. One week I did like all but 80-90 items and got green (just barely green).. The following week I completely cleared the list and dropped down a lot to blood red.... So I'm assuming you're not supposed to complete the list bc the next week I left ~200 and got...

    Archived in August my store...

I'm pretty sure this is just due to BTS... I received word of it through email about BTS hours beginning August 3rd.... So I assume there may have been poor communication leading to people thinking it was permanent. And not ALL stores will reflect changes in their hours due to BTS. Just...

Archived Bandits hide in restroom, rob Philadelphia Target at gunpoint

Much better that the store simply lost money (which would most likely be insured anyways) than anyone getting hurt. However from what my HR person told me a long time back, any time there's a threat with a weapon (especially if its been shown) the etl should have no second thought when it comes...

Archived Found this on the shelves today.

I haven't either and I'm a very HIGH risk store... we're ULV and we have 4 TPS (one being a SrTPS) maybe even a 5th.. but for sure 4.. the plain clothes guy (APS I think they're called) and an ETL... but yeah to my knowledge we don't wrap any cd's...
