Consistently green with priority pulls but we will also pull OFO in its entirety if the dpci is a reasonable number like 30 and under. We are also trying to get some of the larger OFO more manageable and will pull by aisle so its fast pushing.

We fix it before we backstock for that very reason. No one wants to do twice the work.

Super hard to enforce standards when the ETLs walk by someone and say nothing if they are out of dress code or not wearing their name tag. If they are observed not acknowledging guest. It makes me look unreasonable and im "mean" if I say something.

90% OOS 60% OFO. Priority is out of stocks due to the item not being represented on the floor and then we go to the commodity areas. HBO chem pets babies and so on. You have to pull to make room and yes an organized backroom make life so much easier!!
