Partner with all gm tl’s ensure your numbers are right in the BR, Salesfloor and wherever else you may store freight. That will show the DC that you don’t need all this freight they’re sending you. Accuracy and hard work is key and it’s sad as a TM I try to explain these things and no one wants...

Agreed. Although I believe almost anyone who goes to work is going to work for a reason and if you push the right buttons you can coach them up to be great.

I’ve apologized and will own up to my mistakes but so with that being said I will stand up for myself if someone comes at me the way I did them.

I’m not here to flex. I’m honestly just tired of having to pick up the slack at work because people are spreading false rumors at work, scaring my peers.

People working 20 hours a week aren’t people who will be owning areas. The 20 hour a week employee is held aside for a special breed, the handout crew.

It’s not called drinking kool, it’s called being tired of piss poor work ethic and excuses. It would be the same if I was an amazon employee on an amazon employee related website.
