    I personally would not suggest moving to flex to develop. I know ASANTS, but here it’s more of a long term job with little potential to move up. Especially with the lack of guest interaction associated with it.

    I do not having trouble believing that. If you haven’t been an ETL, you really have no idea. It is highly unlikely that a team member or team lead is in the building when the ETL both gets there and leaves, so you really have no idea.

    This is such a difficult answer right now, because stores across the company are all in different phases of modernization. Do you know what time your store will be unloading the truck and/or how many people work on unloading it? That could at least give us a start on what you’re getting into.

    I don’t know if it’s regional or company wide, but no one’s priority is stocking anymore. Even the sales floor team stocking the truck have to recognize that the guests are top priority. There is no such thing as a flow team anymore here.

    Instocks is definitely gone for good. Each team member is in charge of their own instocks. Hopefully they have a strong enough leader to make sure they are trained correctly.

    It could also be that your store isn’t using the hours they’re supposed to for beauty and moving those hours somewhere else. A lot of store leaders try too hard to move hours around, even against company direction.

    This is literally company-wide. Any store not doing this is not on process. All tasks in beauty should stop by 11 and the focus be only on guests. Whether any of us agree with it or not, it’s not coming from your direct leaders, but from the top of corporate.
