For the first time in a long time, yes. Good, hardworking people. No drama. Supportive leadership. Things are pretty good.

I won’t say I’m sure but leadership has told us to clear out all the fitting rooms because “they will be opening soon.” I hope they are full of it or perhaps just wanted them cleared out of the fixture storage we were using them for. Our district leadership isn’t exactly transparent.

We are bleeding good employees. TMs are tired of the whip cracking the TLs are doing at the behest of the district and the TLs are tired of being yelled at by the district. Sad because we are one of the top selling, most organized stores in the area. It’s never good enough.
