I wish our store had new ones. Our current ones are terrible! someone breaks the pen at least once a day & when the pen sorta works it's not well enough for them to sign so they have to sign with a regular pen & paper at the end.

Ever since my gstl told me not to mention it as a credit or debit card, but as a 'rewards' card i pretty much stopped caring about redcards.

lol i was once scheduled for a 45 minute shift. i told one of my etl's and she took me off because the minimum is 3 hours.

i was scheduled in electronics. the first guest asked for the 499 nikon bundle... our store "misplaced" them, so he was irate and furious. basically we *lost* 3 of the most wanted ad items until around 1 am.

That's crazy! Our store is doing a contest also, I got 15 redcards in an 8 hour shift and we still ended up losing. lol.

It was really packed for a good 6 hours. I had an ETL get onto a guest (that he knew) for holding me and another cashier up for trying to do a tax exempt on a few items. I wasn't about to hold up the line to ask someone if they wanted to apply for a redcard and make the mile long line, wait even...

-but they're closed toed shoes, I didn't know. "Well, they're considered slippers, and that's unprofessional so you can't wear them anymore after today." Even though I've been wearing them for over 6 months. I'm kind of pissed but what can you do. Anyways, does your Target store allow...

I didn't ask anyone but I happened to get lucky enough to get 2. One of the ETL's said, "only 2? you were on a lane all night." I guess I can't win.

Thursday - 8:45 until 5:15. Friday - 1 until 5

LMAO. someone asked "excuse me, i'm lost, how do i get out of here?" the other day... i was holding back tears of laughter.

when i go to another target store and the cashier says, "can i see your ID to confirm that this is your TM discount card." lmaoooo... really tho???

lol someone did this the other day, she was like "um, the lines are too long you need to tell your gstl to call for back up now." as if none of the cashiers didn't know that the lines were backed up...

ahh i didn't get any for a whole week, too. and the gstl for that day was really nice about it so the next day i literally asked every single person and ended up with 5 redcards for the day. i think it's all about luck tho... for our store you need 2 redcards per shift or the gstl/gsa (depends...

I was actually wondering about this, someone told me that dating was prohibited. But as soon as I started working at target a few fellow TM's asked me out on dates but I just told them no. Interesting.

when guests don't use dividers when they're purchasing -_- having to get 2 redcards every shift no matter what, the lack of cashiers at the front lanes when target is paaacked. a million more things.

I had to call out once to go to a funeral, I'm still here. But the person didn't even ask for my reason for calling out anyways.

our target is ALWAYS packed no matter what the time of day is, so i honeslty don't ask everyone about the redcard, just people that are super friendly, have a checkbook, have kids, or people that hit a certain amount. i'm not gonna ask sally if she wants a redcard when she bought something...

haha i admit, that's a great comeback lol.

no gstl has done that, but a few male TM's look me up and down. i kinda just wanna be like "what're you looking at?" to catch them off guard and embarrass them lol
