We just got an email about the bts results. Apparently they were stellar and the company thanked us. I forget who it was from, Janna? Anyway, I don’t check my email often, but that struck me. Are they in denial?

I got 0 hours for signing. Just gm hours, but I just did my normal thing; overheads, headers, all the bts/btc..because who else is going to do it?🤷🏻‍♀️

They came in separately from the pallets, through store mail. My ptl got got them.

At our store, for current team members, to get more hours you have to open up your availability. To get hired you need open availability. Sure you could say you’re available 9-5 m-f, but good luck getting hired, and if you do get hired, good luck getting more than 1 shift.

Same, I volunteer at my daughter’s school, but I’m donating MY time, not Target’s.

That’s what I’m going to do this year. I’m not letting Target take credit for the $ I donate, especially since everyone I know is going to be making less.

Also, how do you get another job when Target demands open availability. So you interview for another job, “what’s your availability?” “IDK, I’ll let you know when the schedule comes out,” is not going to work.
