Are TLs writing reviews in other stores? I’m being given the same templates for everyone and the conversation is what is individualized.

The way it’s supposed to go from what I understand is TLs meet with ETLs and they come to mutual agreements about ratings before they’re set in stone and then TLs deliver the reviews. However, I got no opportunity for input as to my team’s performance reviews before the scores were decided, so...

We have 2-3 depending on the night at a super.

My store has the goal of 55/ hour or 440/ 8 hour shift, but we’re a pretty high volume sfs store. It’s pretty easy for a TM to maintain even with being in a super. Not sure on OPUs but our good performers end up around 40/ hour. Packing is at least 90/ hour. I tend to average around 155.

Weird, mine is gaining neither but we already had those positions before.

I’ve held trainings with my team on different topics in this realm and make sure to get feedback from them, but it’s not anything official. Same with my peers. I’m on the spectrum and my peers are supportive and willing to learn. Not sure if it’s such a big thing in other stores.
