I've dealt with something similar where I walked into an ETL and TM going at it with the TM being the cheater. Personally, I would've had no issues talking to the TM's SO, not just as an issue for morality but because of the risk of possible STD's and the SO being unknowingly at-risk. But... -

Archived Registers Down Today
To sum up the night: Couldn't close most of the registers, a lady asked if I would "get off my *** and fix it", I replied certainly and had my TPS escort her out after more choice words. Lost a lot of sales but the many call outs I had from my closing team proved to be just fine with only... -
