They sent out district conference call notes today which included our new mask policy. It says we are to educate the guest about our mask policy and offer them one if they don’t have one. We are not to enforce the policy if the guest refuses though. 🤦‍♂️

Mine starts the 23rd also. Corporate gave 40 hours payroll for the grocery opu training this week and I got exactly zero of those hours 🙄 the classic target rollout

DPCI is 9 numbers and TCIN is only 8 numbers long. Target probably calculates they can cut payroll by hundreds of hours per month at each store if on those rare occasions we key a dpci (tcin) it’s one less number 😂

After picking hundreds of dpci for ship this week my ETL came to the conclusion it’s not my flex teams fault since their inf rate was over 15%... so that’s a plus lol

Carts should never become detached that’s the whole point of the strap that secures them to the pusher that no store uses 🤦‍♂️ I would talk to my HR about the lack of proper mandatory equipment to secure those carts. Unless of course you’re the one store that has and uses them.

I believe the guidelines are shall we say flexible. In the past 45 days my stores sfs expectations per pack station went from 350 to 500 to 750 to 1000 to 1,200 to 1,300 :rolleyes:

For my team I go with 13 hours of payroll per 350 sfs units. That’s at 40 pick and a 90 pack productivity. We’re so slow right now so the truck is pushed and there’s not 9 pallets of SL’s repacks to dig through or it may be more like 15 hours. OPU right now is a little weird with these 3 hour...

I watched in horror today as a guest came out of the restroom and got a drink out of the public water fountain. Am I missing something? Did my store miss something? How are these things still on and being used? We turned off and/or had all electronics displays removed so people can’t touch...

The email the SD’s got said schedules stay the same so TM’s have time to restock and clean. But I imagine some will definitely not follow that.
