I think my store is like the bad corner for the incompetent execs from the very high volume stores that are in the area. The good ones get transferred to those and we get what comes back and they hang out in the office all day and walk around holding Starbucks.

I have done a few picks lately. Nothing really crazy. Think biggest pull I did was 6 items, all toys. The system is ok, get kind of weird though when multiple people are doing the pulls. Cant back out of certain menus. Maybe it was because I was using an LPDA.

Its definitely mentioned at our store not to throw certain things when getting trained to bowl, (chem, hbo, grc) but it still happens. Ive pretty much been moved to BR completely so I cant comment on how much stuff gets damaged anymore, it was bad for a while.

Trick for me was to get trained in everything for Flow / BR Truck days ill be scheduled for half Truck unload and Backroom, while on non truck days Ill just be Early morning BR pulling autos and backstocking. Seemed to work for me though still can't pay my bills getting steady 36-40.

I do know when I come in at 4am on a truck day and there are 3 LPDAs and 6 PDAs something is wrong. I know teams hide them which is insanely annoying but not sure about actual stolen ones.
