I always hear complaints that the counters always mess the numbers up. But one good thing about the SKU checks is that you can stand around with nothing to do.

Super zone? :rofl: My store wasn't super zoned at all for our inventory (the type that's only important for stock holders). Heck, it's rarely super zoned for instocks (Target's own inventory procedure).

I really don't like this new approach Target is taking. I hate being pushy. I don't like it when someone pushes me to buy something.

h, it's that so-called inventory time again. Fortunately for me, I will be off. I can see why ETL's and STL's will fret over this (it comes from corp), but I can't see why team members should. It's something that's only good for the corporation not necessarily at the store level.

I really don't care how many times I see a TL in a single day, be it 1 or 60. I just do my work and only need to see a TL if I have an issue to bring up. Otherwise I just don't care and wish other team members do the same.

I did not know we work the the government. :::sarcasm::: Freedom of speech refers to the ability to speak without fear of the government stepping in to punish of what was said. Target is a private entity not a public (government) one.

I never liked talking politics or religion with anyone unless I really know that person. Then I tread carefully.

One problem is when the batch contains locations outside and from one end of the store to another.

Could be a number of reasons. Most likely it is because someone researched it and press 0. Maybe the merchandise was put in the wrong spot or was "unlocated", thus the reason why it was zero-ed out. Or someone miscounted the number of items on the shelf/peg hook when doing a previous RIG. Same...

Some go around the fighters in a circle. While some just run home. Oh, wait a minute. That's high school. :)

When my Dad died, no one from Target was at the wake/visitation or funeral. No condolences/card/flowers were given to me, either. Well, maybe an ETL or two and a TL said offered their condolences.

For what it's worth, lately the first red cards of the day have been announced over the radio.
