I’ve never heard of anything or anywhere where a checklane isn’t open. Maybe at store open, or kind of late, or a couple weeks after the holiday one lane is open. But not nothing. Yeah, refusing SCO for one item is stupid if you know how to read. Using SCO for a full cart of stuff is ridiclous.
