We are also told to go before we hit 40 . Our HR is walking around with a list of people who are going to hit 40 and informing them to leave early . I mean would it hurt if we stay like 20 min over 40 hrs 🙄.

You need to do it Atleast by Tuesday of your pay week otherwise they cannot process it that week I guess .

If your availability is open for those days/time , they are allowed to schedule you . You can always talk to your EtL about the situation and sort it out . Safe side is update your availability in myTime so that they cannot schedule you outside your availability.

Not fair though

Why does my neighboring town Target have $17.5 starting pay while we have $16.75? I thought it should be same pay scale for the whole state🙄

If you need backup from other depts please let them know when you have enough time to pick that batch . Now as they have increased the number of items in the batch (around 40 items) , Atleast give them 40-45min time for a batch . Other dept TMs might not be as quick as full time FF TMs . Please...

We have 24 aisles in our main backroom . Then there is separate backrooms one each for HBA , elec , Chem and pets . Then a separate two side sections for paper .

We have 6 shifts available 3-4 should be from the same person as it’s from 6-10pm in the same dept . No one is taking it up .😵‍💫

We don’t even have enough work to do these days . Super small trucks ! I never had this much low work load in market . We already fixed back rooms , coolers . Even pfresh/freezer is fully pushed . Guess the seasonal TMs are doing their job this time .
