Exactly. I'm in an average volume super target but I still have 14 baristas. Most are part time and want to be but that definitely helps making the schedule when things come up. I hardly ever have to stress about coverage.. even when I have call ins.

They currently take 70 hours from cafe every week to use elsewhere and supposedly I'm getting 38 of those back. From my STL AND ETL I am not to be doing task. Period.

This is definitely going to vary per store. Our consumables TL works 930-6, our new role meat, dairy, frozen TL will be doing 9-530, our produce TL is 8-430, and I am whatever I schedule myself besides my one late mid during the week and my closing weekend.

Your gstl has to have hr approval to put you on a cca or final so you might not be as well liked as you think
