2023 New pilots?
I mean if you have s&e tl's what is the point of having an etl... All the S&E positions are a joke anyway.... any tl can respond to an angry guest or issue at the register... they don't really own anything? It's the easiest ETL position to eliminate and wont have much of an impact on anyone... -

Does anyone answer my help/my support anymore?
Chatbot is pretty overwhelmed these days with meaningless cases. Chatbot it and then send the case number and information up to a group level manager that can further send the case up if it is important. If it's something you can solve like moving a peghook or shelf, dont waste your time, just... -

How much trouble would I be in for deliberately making noise on the walkie?
My VM was included in ranking all of the specialty TMs for their reviews.... They just couldn't deliver the reviews... ASANTS
