My etl nor tl said goodbye to me either. But I'm not bothered by it. However, I did request a quiet exit so that may have something to do with that. Also, it might have something to do with best practice. You don't want to let a guest know that a team member has quit.

I still like to know what's going on with Target, and that's why I'm still here. I could refrain myself from posting, but I'm not that type of person. :)

I still like to read about Target on this forum. But if you don't regularly shop at your store on your days off, avoid going to your store. (At least that's the impression I get from most people.)

:D Sorry. Anyway, I was in the same situation before I departed the company.

I probably should have updated this. As of March 5th, I am no longer with Target.

I just submitted my resignation form. My time will end there in about a month.

I'm a few years under 55.

I do want to see if I can quit with "good cause" because if so, I can collect unemployment insurance (I'm in California.)

Yeah, I know they have been giving me hints. But when you're handed a voluntary termination form, it's probably time to say bye to Target.

I feel though I am being forced out. Many long time veterans, some of them team leads, who did quit, felt the same way.

After 20+ years, the time for me to leave Target seems imminent.
