Archived quitting and over it- should i call out?

You only have three shifts left, why not work them out and then be done with them. It would look better in the long term. I know it can be mentally draining in the short term but it will look better on you in the long term to finish it out.

I was granted short term during the holidays for surgery I had to have done so being an holiday shouldn't be an excuse to not grant someone disability or LOA. Archived Screw this

Even though you might get more hours the next couple months, you need long term stability. With all the changes and cutthroat practices that are seeing more and more long term employees leaving, it is probably for the best. Good luck on your next adventure.
