    Yeah thats like the only option I can think of to stay repetitive with Spot anything else is basically find a different career life. I'm not sure whats with them but I have received the most hours from all the tms in my store and its just for Fulfillment idk if i'm favored or I get things done...

    I would first speak to your ETL HR of possibily transferring to a higher volume with Inbound Operations its all about the sales and metrics..

    Inbound has always been low in hours thats why the TL and ETL LOG always have to pick up the slack. Its all about metrics to target.
