Funny you brought up the “constant activity”. I miss that a lot. I have gained 17 lbs since I left August 2016 and my eating habits haven’t changed except for now I actually get to take a lunch. The running around and not eating lunch kept me so fit. Damnit!!

Congrats!!! All I have to say is...TAKE THE JOB!!!! Everyone is replaceable at Target and you might be amazing and your store might really depend on you, but trust me they will move on quickly. Target plays so many games with people so I wouldn’t bank on the TL position. It would suck to pass...

There are so many reasons. For me personally... I worked for the company for 10 years. Started in the back room and worked my way up and up. I absolutely loved working for target, I was always lucky with absolutely amazing Stls, then DTLs. The one thing that made me unhappy was the work life...
