If you can, and your miserable, do it. 15 years sounds too long, but there's people at all stores who have done that long. If you can do it, better for your health. But if you can't, try LOA. Good luck.

Damn... sad. There was this kid.. in hardline was 17, turned 18 and supposedly kept begging the Electronics TL to let him into electronics. Finally got it, but then was fired a week later for stealing. Just read your thread, i was thinking like damn that's ridiculous. Sorry :(

If there ever is a TL opening elsewhere in the store, go for it if you feel confident. Sounds like your a GSA, i'm supposing obviously... but it is basically a bitch of a job. Looks pretty good on a resume, but i strongly doubt they will give you a raise. If you can get a job elsewhere, go for...
