I don't know if the stores are different but in NY it is 2 paid 15s and a 45 unpaid meal break for 8 hours. 11+ is 3 15s a 45 every six hours. If you work 14+ I think you get 4 15s and a meal break every 6.

I am sorry you felt you needed to issue yourself these gifts cthus. I would encourage you to see a counselor to try and identify the underlying reasons that resulted in this. I hope things work out for you. You were lucky this time, the next time may result in a more severe situation.

Like people have said, try and learn as much of the store as you can. Offer to close sometime when you're comfortable (if your store have a rotation). Shadow people and learn, service desk and OPU plus freight and SFS are all things I think any ETL should know.

I've noticed there are times people are scheduled in areas they aren't normally in because 1) they are to be trained in that area, 2) Typo/misschedule or 3) they are using hours elsewhere and plan on putting you someplace else. That's just my limited experience. With that said, business needs...

I have my schedule until 10/30, I am at 12 week one, 18 week two and 12 week three. I have open availability on the weekends, so I am surprised they didn't schedule me on the weekends on week #3, I plan to ask about it because they moved me from Flex to GM, before my first full day even happened.
