    Masks are mandatory for TMs in all areas at my store. Guests were never required to wear them. We have so many TMs out with Covid.

    Wow, I just got the first notification I’ve had I’m months. We’ve been having cases this whole time but they had stopped sending out the notifications. Also, does anyone know what the color classifications mean? Our store is orange now but I don’t have access to see what that entails.

    This a great opportunity to show you may be someone with leadership potential. Own the metrics involving the RedCards. Make sure everyone is asking every guest, and come up with a game or some type of insentive to get the guest advocates motivated to meet both their personal goal and the store goal.

    I’m experiencing anxiety attacks because of noise overload already. Sometimes when I’m at guest service or in the TMC it’s just too much. I can’t think straight and before I realize what’s happening, I start the shallow chest breathing and here comes a panic attack. I can’t imagine music on top...
