Does anyone have a SCO that you have 'set up' as credit/debit only? If so how do you handle 'change' situations when the guest misses every sign on the SCO that says credit/debit no cash and still uses cash? How do you account for it in cashroom? Feel free to PM if information is too sensitive...

Oh no it will. I did it and then was told it was a scam and shouldn't have honored because it was same day. And maybe they were right cuz dude didn't bat an eye when he had to pay the sales tax. Original store is a tax free state.

Why not same day and where is it written?

If guest bought item in one target can they go to another store to price match if they realize after the fact it was cheaper elsewhere?

If I am told there is a guest still shopping i say please help them find what they are looking for. Guest usually moves it along but i do force them through register because SCO takes them forever and things like to get "missed' that late at night.

We don't have a backroom team member but we do have dedicated ppl pull one for one batches. They pull and push. Sometimes they just stage it for DBO. It has been a tremendous help. I would love to see an old fashion BR team member that could assist w the back stocking portion especially...
