THIS. Answering the phone sucks but it sucks even more when only one person is answering calls and gets flooded with them. That and guests don't like it either, so do you really want more angry karens in the store?

I feel like the larger issue than the cart pusher is the fact that your ETL and SD are not concerned about your safety. Are they not letting you cool off for a few minutes inside or letting you drink a whole lot of water?

I'm not saying the heat stroke part is overdramatic because it isn't; unfortunately it is a very real concern. Do not lump me in with climate change deniers because I am not one of them 🤦‍♂️ what IS overdramatic is saying that not getting a cart pusher will make OP die.

Now that's just extremely overdramatic. It is getting warm in some parts of the country but if your store doesn't already have a cart pusher then I can't imagine that it's a very big store. Therefore, there likely isn't a need for one. I'm a bit confused on your fixation with a cart pusher but...

Nah it gets much busier than that lol we have tons of baskets but I guess carts weren't seen as a huge need when making my store. The carts are only seldom used tbh

Yeah there's no policy that states anything about cart pushers lol plus it'd be a stupid requirement; my small format store has like 20 carts total so it'd be a waste

At my store every bin simply says "scan a bin" when I try to scan the barcodes so I've just been told to skip that step...

Odd, seems a few of the Targets near me were supposed to have a minute clinic but I don't remember any of them having it at all. Maybe my memory just sucks lol
