    Sounds like to me your TL has been asked by their supervisor why the area has remaining tasks, and then the TL is stating stay in the area. At least seeing 1000s of coachings, this is what I am thinking.

    Reasons to get fired

    We, too, had an ETL fired for DUI arrest but this arrest came w jail time. It was either his 3 or 4th in 5 years. Makes me wonder about our vendor for background checks for higher ups. Another one that I'm surprised hasn't shown up is quitting for a competitor like Walmart.

    Hiring Marked non-rehireable

    When Workday was brought on, the reason for termination did not transfer over from JAS, our previous system. I'm not sure exactly when we made the transition, I think 2018, but am not certain, so they would not see.
