Easiest way to get there is to go to trailer dashboard > inbound trailer dashboard > trailer details > replenishment summary salesfloor and then filter by day. It will tell you how many casepacks, repacks, and total eaches every department is getting.
I like looking at it to mentally prepare...
True, but I see these stupid INFs for items for items that weren't recently delivered and my department is not behind in freight. What I've come to understand through years of training people in fulfillment and do audits is that reading and understanding POG schematics is a skill some people...
I can't completely agree with. Yes, it's not always fullfillment's fault, but it often is. At least half of my daily audits are items that are right where they are supposed to be.
OP's initial post made it sound as if the switch was kind of a promotion and it had the vibe of expecting her coworkers to be jealous. That's where this thread went off the rails. HRTM isn't a promotion. It's just another TM.
Individual TM infs do tell you a lot though in large numbers. Fairly basic statistical analysis is all that's needed. Over a large enough sample size of units attempted, all of the bad breaks and unlucky batches will even out between TMs. They all run into the same shit eventually...
What? There's no metric for that. You pull and leave it in the back so you can do another pull and get those numbers up. Push to the floor? That's crazy talk.
We do it at my store all the time. It's not that a bale is needed. But, let's say someone has loaded unevenly. Stopping the baler and letting it sit for a few minutes helps fix that. It's great for those times when the cardboard is slanting either forward or toward the back.
At my store market, kitchen, stationary and style all have designated metros. Anyone else can use empty metros if they check in with the DBO who "owns" it. They must, of course, clear it off and return it before they leave.
Depends on the store. I've seen this happen a couple of times at my store recently, but there needs to be an opening in the department the TM wants and the TM is made to wait until the position they were hired for can be filled.
I prefer GM to fulfillment but give fulfillment a try. You might...
I feel this so hard. My Art Class anchor table is right in front of SCO. It's a never ending battle keeping it clean. For some reason thieves love dropping their empty packages all over kid's basics. Full abandoned shopping carts are also omnipresent in basics.
I got thrown into the largest floorpad and highest revenue-generating area of A&A for my store less than a month ago. It's all on me who has no experience in style. There's an overwhelming amount of shit to do. Everyday. Guests are freaking animals with how they shop in girls clothes. ANIMALS...
Not an issue anymore in my experience as long as the risers are properly located the system knows where they are in the store. They should be located as 99R to indicate riser, then 031B for the aisle, finally 001 to indicate the 4 foot section. So, for example, 99R034B004. MyDay knows where that...
