At my store, GSAs are expected to do the same as the GSTLs; NOTHING! Lol they'll have 2 GSTLs and a GSA all standing together at the front end, all calling for backup.

Pretty sure ETLs follow a strict dress code everywhere. But it's true in California team members can wear whatever solid colored pants they want. People wear purple, blue, or green pants with a red vest all the time. I love it.

If you're a 6am process you should be there at 5 or 5:30am. I wouldn't expect to close, but it's a possibility. No ETL LOG's have to close at the stores near me. But they do tend to work longer hours than the other ETLs.

As ETL LOG, expect to WORK. Lol just wear something with a collar that you don't mind getting dirty.
