    Archived Bench eligible for SrTL?

Just remember to look at the big picture and include that in your answers. They want to see that you understand the full scope of things and how it affects the company.

    Archived Bench eligible for SrTL?

I went from team member to to SrTl too. It happens, but you need to have the experience to back it up.

Archived Changing TL Position Before 18 Months

I moved from PPTL to GSTL after eight months, but it was part of a leadership change for the whole store-they moved us all around. I didn't really get much of a choice as to where I went, thankfully I like the front.

Archived ETL-HR locked a minor in the store overnight

To an extent yes, but as an LOD they have to make sure everyone has left before locking the store-guests and team members. It's a pretty basic thing as LOD to remember to do.

Archived ETL-HR locked a minor in the store overnight

Yeah, we turn ours off at my store when we set the alarm at night and we're an ULV. Just saves money and we don't do any overnights unless it's something special going on.

Archived ETL-HR locked a minor in the store overnight

I've done overnights when the the lights weren't overridden and it gets real dark. All the lights on the floor go out and it's pitch black until you walk by the coolers/freezers and those ones come on. That etl is probably going to be on at least a final, maybe termed if there have been other...

Archived Seriously panicking - any Presentation TLs around?

Twt, adjacency calendar, and walking the floor and mapping out moves on the new adjacency is how I did it. And I would have one of my experienced tms walk it with me for info on how they did it previously.

Archived Seriously panicking - any Presentation TLs around?

I went into it with no Plano experience either. Try to get them to send you to another store to train-obviously one with a successful pog team lead. It's not awful actually setting stuff, but the planning is hard. Hopefully you have a good etl.

Archived GSA as a stepping stone

My old GSTL was promoted from a gsa to the position. I went from a gsa to SrPPTL. Depends on your experience and ability to lead a team what you can do. After almost a year they moved all of us TLs around and now I'm back at the front as SrGSTL.

Archived How do you find out if you passed the TL interviews?

I was told by my STL a couple days after my interview and then I had my final interview with the DTL he told me during the interview that he knew I'd be great and that I had passed.

    Archived Sr. TL to ETL

We just had two SRTLs promoted to etl in my district in the last few months. Just depends on your leadership in the district.

    Archived Salesfloor Team Lead

8-10 everyday. 3 TLs are seniors and the flow TL is a key holder. When's it busy, the seniors are allocated 3-4 LOD shifts per week between all of us, when it's slow, we each get one a week. Our ETLs and STL have got to be among the hardest working in the company, especially for an ULV. They...
