    I still have TL’s closing weeknights with the closing lead just as extra support. They’ll rotate out different closing days in the week in their own work center not as LOD to work with their team. It’s worked really well so far.

    One person will close M-F and on the weekends ETL’s will still rotate. During the week usually one other TL will close every night just as support, but they are scheduled as coverage in their department. They are responsible for zoning and gobacks etc.
