    I have an AMAZING beyond amazing ETL who has no degree. It's not common but when it happened for us it was the best thing for our store in many ways. I miss that person though. They don't work with our core team anymore. Great leader, great person.

    Do you actually not make more than 12 an hour? A lot of my TMs are pissy about this because they worked for so long to reach 12...took me 2 years which isn't long according to other TMs I work with. Luck and economy switches.

    We do some odd shit at my store I guess...logistics or truck TL will end up being LOD most of the time from 4 to 10am or so....switches off sometimes earlier like when she takes her lunch or when she has to pick up her kids from school early on the off day or sick kid day haha...if she's not LOD...
