My (4am) POG TL was made a key carrier partly because the ETL-Log would sometimes be late and they needed a contingency so people wouldn't have to wait around for her to show up after a night of drinking. The Flow TL was a senior so she was a key carrier by default.

Flow TLs have many variables that can make/ruin their day. Truck size, contents of the truck, and worst of all, call-ins. Can't plan for those!
