GSAs get paid less than some normal TMs like Flow and PA. I would either wait for a PA or move to Logictics because once you're a GSA, it'll be hard to most to PA

When it comes to ETLs, the the ETL-Log does seem to be closer with their team than other ETLs. Maybe because most of logistics are specialized positions and constant communication is needed .
