    That makes more sense! For us stores that have a separate OPU desk sometimes there’s lots of downtime. But on the other hand it’s really really far from the checklanes and I can’t really see any of them so I wouldn't be able to see any blinkers from the desk.

    During my GSA training I was told that if I noticed anything coach-worthy (not asking about red cards, not engaging with the guest, etc) to write it down for the GSTL so they can speak to the cashier about it

    When I became GSA my GSTL herself told me I will be doing the exact same things as her just without the paperwork, which is definitely true.
