    I mean. Could be. But considering how team lead reviews are just now being given the bonuses haven’t even hit the paychecks yet. It would still show one of those other amounts on your merit statement and should only be different if it’s prorated.

    We do the same as Jenna said her store does. But our inbound team are also ALL DBO’s. So the goal is to finish unload as quick as possible to get everyone to their own areas.

    Actually ours kind of does. They may not be a target team but the PML oversees the cleaning crew and has to do walks with them daily. If the cleaning crew is doing a bad job it reflects directly on the PML.
