TLs at my store make $8 more than TMs.

That's really sad. Fortunately my store is well run by awesome management. Plus we have a Plano team that knows to zero out the capacities as soon as anything is fake tied.

Change the capacity to zero. That way nothing will pull.

I thought they changed that. Several people (TLs, ETLs, and SD) all were promoted and stayed at our store.

I just checked Workday. Effective 9/11, my store raised it's starting wage to $15.75. I received a 2% increase because I've been there more than 2 years and my wage is more than the new starting wage.

Times have changed. I stepped down several years ago and was able to stay at my store. I also still get my 40 hours. I am grateful for both.

We have 4 Leads I believe, plus an ETL all for Fulfillment.

Stepping down was the best thing I ever did. No stress, make more than a starting lead and I didn't have to transfer.

My store is getting another team lead (2 total) and an ETL just for fulfillment. Our online orders are insane.

Thanks for your reply. Do you know when they changed the policy of still getting a raise if you were given a high review score? Does anyone know what the cap is for PG35? If not I'll see if my HR has that info. Im just curious.

I'm not sure if I'm capped or not. That's why I was wondering what the cap for PG35 is. I know in the past, if you were capped, you needed an excellent or outstanding to get an increase. Is that no longer true? If you are capped is there no hope for a raise?

Does anyone know what the cap is for PG35? And if you are capped, do you still need to get the highest review rating (DEO I think) in order to get a raise?

This new "efficient" unload is the most asinine idea ever. Unloads take forever now and the team is just as slow. Which means even less time to work freight. Everyone hates it.
