    I'd sure like to see those who consistently show up for every shift get their maximum hours along with desired shifts and any and all hour cuts go to those who call in. Just a little "thank you for actually honoring your commitment" to those who do.

    Yeah.... coworkers aren't actually my friends, so no worries for me. I've been at Target so long that Bullseye is like the pup of the pup of the pup that was the original so those 22 year olds and I have very little in common other than the most recent shape of our nametags.

    We have a TL that does this to fellow TL's. I don't know how there has been no repercussion (and perhaps I just am not aware of them...though the behavior continues) for what comes across to every tm in the store as utter disrespect for the integrity and abilities of the other TL's.

    It seems that at our store that open leadership positions are no longer posted. Successors are chosen, "trained", and put into place before anyone else even knows that there is an opening.

    VERY frustrating to see. As a former Instocks tm, one of our biggest issue was the plano team not changing capacities and not doing SFQ because "we don't have time for that". Having those setting plano also doing instocks seems pretty futile.

    IMO, closing TL is the one that will offer the best opportunity for moving up at Target as you will have to be familiar with the roles of all TLs.
